Adobe XD Supremacy: SPAULV Hub face-lift

Updated: Apr 26, 2023

I'd like to think I'm not the only person that's dumped hundreds of dollars into a yearly Adobe Creative Cloud subscription... I'm not.

The point is, I've had access to the entire Adobe software library and can honestly say I've hardly scratched the surface of their creative power.

Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Bridge, and Lightroom are the biggest names and my safe place.

This past week I dove into Adobe XD and holy smokes... this thang is thangin'.

My intention behind learning the basics of XD was to get my chops up with my web design -- UI/UX skills. As the article title suggests, is getting a facelift.

Above you get a sneak peak of the vibe of the new site -- these three being the main navigational icons (I might modify the 'SIGHt' icon).

Below, you can see my first ever XD art boards where I prototyped the simple icon layouts for the website.

This next iteration of the site will be completely stripped down and minimalist, keeping simplicity at the highest priority.

The main reason for that is because although SPAULV Hub is cool... it's dated...AF.

In other news, Dexxter just dropped on all streaming platforms.

It's a lofi house style track that morphs into a fast paced hardcore hybrid.

Smooth synths and dummy distorted kicks. That pretty much sums this one up.

Also it's got some cool graphics.
